Ladies Night - Friday, March 26th
Ladies Night is an online after-hours event for girls/ladies 13 and older. The next session will be held on Friday, March 26th from 6:00-8:00pm.
First up we will be focusing on mindfulness and will be doing a sensory spray with Katarina Paulinyova.
Then Sue Lapierre will be doing “Fuel it. Move it. Stretch it.” It’s hard enough on a good day to be active and maintain our health….so why not throw in a pandemic!? No more excuses ladies!! Join us for a fun and interactive session exploring ways to incorporate healthy food habits, physical activity, and some amazing ways to relieve tension in your body.
We end the evening with Anna Carroll doing a meditation on “Being present in the Now moment!”
Supplies will also be provided to create your very own vision board.
