RISE: Edible Gifts for the Season will be at the main branch on November 8th from 6:30-8pm. Everyone has their family traditions for baking and other tasty treats, but there is a world of edible gifts beyond tradition that can make the season special for your family and friends. This presentation will feature demonstrations where people can see techniques in action as well as finished products.

The Stuart MacPherson Public Library will be closed on Monday, November 12th to celebrate the Remembrance Day. Our outside book return will be open for the entire weekend and we will follow up with messages on Tuesday, November 13th after 9am. Thank you for your understanding.

Paper Crafts & More runs in the library on Fridays from 11am-3:30pm.

Rhyme Time runs on Thursdays starting at 10:30am in the Wild Rose Room. This free drop in partner program between the Lac La Biche County Libraries and Parent Link is designed for ages 0 to 5.

Maker Wednesdays is held at the main branch from 6:30-7:30pm during the months of September - June. All ages are welcome to attend this free program.

Roaming Rhyme Time will be held on Tuesday, November 13th & 27th from 10:30 -11:30am in Plamondon at the Festival Center. This is a fee drop in partner program between the library and Parent Link designed for 0-5 years old and their caregivers. Remote Circulation will also be available.

Happening Homeschoolers
will be held on Nov 30th at the main branch. starting at 1:30pm and all homeschooling families are welcome to attend.

RISE: Retiring without Debt
will be at the main branch on November 21st from 6:30-8pm. Participants will learn about debt elimination options so that they can enter their golden years without the shackles of debt.

Thank you to everyone for coming out to our 2nd Escape Room: The Infection. A very special thank you to FCSS for providing food and refreshments. We look forward to partnering with them on Friday, June 7th for our next Escape Room. Due to the overwhelming response we will run the event all day (Family Friday). This way teams will register in advance and get a formal start time. Thank you to all the volunteers, Library Board Members and Staff we couldn’t have done this without you.
