Sent: Nov 24 2014Rhyme Time is held on Thursdays at 10:30am in the ATB Room. Come join the Rhyme Time Team for a free fun filled session with rhymes, stories, songs and special guests. This is a partner program between the Lac La Biche County Libraries and Parent Link and no registration is required.
Rattle and Chat partner program with Parent Link and Alberta Health runs until December 18th on Thursdays from 1:20-2:30pm in the ATB Room. This a drop in program for Ages 0 - 17 months with Caregiver.
The next Career Night will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd from 6:30-7:30pm. This is a great opportunity for people to get information about careers, employment, training and education.
Season of Light: Special Holiday Program session in the ATB Room will run on Wednesday, December 3rd from 6:00-7:00pm. Join the Cleveland Museum of Art for the special holiday program Season of Light. This program explores the origins and rituals connected with Christmas, Hanukkah, and Diwali.
Lego Club will be held on Tuesday, December 9th from 6:00-7:30pm in the ATB Room. All ages are welcome to come play with LEGO no registration or payment required.
Come to our Pioneer Christmas with Charles Ingalls live from The Sheffield Museum of Rural Life in Ontario, to learn about pioneer Christmas traditions! This event runs on Wednesday, December 10th from 2:30-3:30pm in the ATB Room.
Happening Homeschoolers will be held on Friday, December 12th from 1:30-2:30pm in the ATB Room. All homeschooling families are welcome to attend this free event.
Free RISE Video-conference Session on Monday, December 15th from 2:30pm - 3:30pm in the ATB Room entitled The Story of the Triangular Tree: The origins of the Christmas Tree. In this program, we'll follow the story of the Triangular Tree from the forests of Germany to the modern homes of North America.
Melting Moments…. A Chocolate Class will be held in the ATB Room on Tuesday, December 16th from 6:00-7:30pm. This is a free program for all ages and no registration is required.
Around the World with Santa will be hosted in the ATB Room on Friday, December 19th from 10-11:00am. In this RISE Video-conference session connect to the "North Pole" where Santa has agreed to take some time from his busy December schedule to read "A Pirate’s Night Before Christmas."

Plamondon Municipal Library follows the School Calendar and will be closed from Saturday, December 20th thru Sunday, January 4th.
Winter Reading Club starts in January and is open to all ages. Reading logs will be available at both branches and on our Facebook page, as well as our websites.
