Join us at the Stuart MacPherson Public Library for our first Health and Wellness Fair on Thursday, May 17th. Come find out what Lac La Biche County organizations, businesses and agencies can offer to support your health and well being. There will be booths, demonstrations and short presentations throughout this event. All ages are welcome to drop by the library between 4-7pm as there will be something for everyone. We encourage all vendors and presenters to share this event via Facebook, e-mail or word of mouth.

Join us at the main branch for RISE: Planning Financially for Your New Arrival on Tuesday, May 29th at 6:30pm. This session is for expectant parents who want to plan ahead for maternity and parental leave and be prepared for the new expenses that come with a new arrival.

Rhyme Time will be held in the Wildrose Room on Thursdays starting at 10:30am. This free drop in partner program between the Lac La Biche County Libraries & Parent Link is designed for ages 0 to 5.

Paper Crafts & More
runs on Fridays at the main branch from 11am-3:30pm. Tweens and up are invited to this free drop in program and staff assistance will be available as required.

The last Roaming Rhyme Time until the fall will be at the Festival Centre on Tuesday, June 12th starting at 10:30am. This free drop in program is designed for 0-5 years old with Lac La Biche County Libraries and Parent Link as the hosts. Remote Circulation will be available during this time.

Maker Wednesdays is held at the main branch from 6:30-7:30pm during the school year (September - June). All ages are welcome to attend this free program. The weeks alternate between LEGO, Coding, 3D printing and Snap Circuits.

Share your Stuff Party coming up at Happening Homeschoolers on Friday, May 25 at 1:30pm. Share...some time with your friends, school supplies, a game, what you have been doing lately, a song, a dance, a story, a science project, some baking.... This is the last Happening Homeschool event until the fall. Feel free to bring a snack to share and stay awhile. We are also looking for suggestions of what you would like to do in 2018/19. Please let us know via Facebook if you are coming and if you will need a table, the piano, floor share your stuff.
